Scale Clerk - Fostoria, OH
This is a full-time, salary non-exempt position based in Fostoria, OH.

ADM’s Fostoria facility produces soybean meal, hulls, and soybean oil. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to perform clerical functions and interact with customers while working in connection with supervisory staff in Operations, Quality, Safety, Commercial, and ADM Corporate Offices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weigh trucks
• Data entry
• Answer phone
• Maintain recordkeeping and compliance to the document retention policy
• Maintain a safe, clean and neat workspace
• Develop understanding of the process and be able to troubleshoot
• Perform back up duties during co-worker absence (cross-training).
• Data entry into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Receiving of goods
• Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
• High school education or equivalent
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to:
  • Prolonged standing and sitting
  • Prolonged periods of using telephone, bending, kneeling, lift storage boxes
• Willing to work overtime and weekends, sometimes at short notice
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
• Previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel is preferred
• Previous experience with office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc
• Exhibit a professional image at all times and maintain a positive and respectful attitude

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$30,700.00 - $50,600.00
