You're the person people look to when the job gets complicated.

The one who can read a scaffold design, organise a crew, keep work moving and still have an eye on safety, productivity and quality.

We're looking for an experienced Scaffold Supervisor to join our Industrial & Energy team in a casual capacity This role is hands-on, site-based and ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front while mentoring crews and delivering work to a high standard.

You'll be responsible for coordinating scaffold teams, managing daily work fronts and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.

What you'll do

  • Lead and supervise scaffold crews across maintenance and project works
  • Coordinate labour, equipment and resources to meet daily work plans
  • Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety leadership activities
  • Monitor productivity, quality and progress onsite
  • Support and mentor scaffolders to build capability and team performance
  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors and site leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with all sites, safety and quality requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, timesheets and work documentation

What we're looking for

  • Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in scaffolding or industrial maintenance environments
  • Previous experience leading scaffold crews on complex projects
  • Strong understanding of Layer Scaffold systems and scaffold erection requirements
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and White/Blue Card
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build respect within crews
  • Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
