Job Description

This role leads the digitalization of key operational processes across the Foods and Snacks business units in the U.S., Canada and PMF, with a strong focus on improving efficiency, agility, and accuracy. To support this mission, the role is expected to actively learn and understand other team responsibilities to gain full context of end-to-end workflows. This cross-functional knowledge enables the role to provide the most efficient and effective support for Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions that are specific to our business processes, allowing for faster issue resolution and more initiative-taking improvements.

Scope: over fifty countries; Asia, Europe, Middle East, South America, Mexico, Central America, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean, USA, and Canada,

Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Digitalization

  • Lead process improvement and digitalization initiatives for Chicago BFSI, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with process owners to transform manual workflows into automated digital solutions, establishing clear data-entry standards across Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
  • Design and develop user-friendly digital interfaces, primarily using Power Apps, to enhance process efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digitalization Value Chain functional team to align, standardize, and leverage approved tools and technologies.
  • Own and manage ad hoc digital initiatives, including video development, brochures, or similar team projects.

Systems & Technical Support

  • Serve as a centralized technical resource, coordinating and facilitating support across SAP, GTM, Power Apps, Power BI, and other approved platforms.
  • Lead system maintenance and troubleshooting for SAP, GTM, Power Apps, and related tools.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and validating SAP transmissions from PMF to the U.S. when required.
  • Support and help resolve PepsiCo Online, GTM, and SAP technical issues.

Data Management & Analytics

  • Ensure customer request data is securely maintained and protected across all relevant data sources.
  • Analyze departmental and operational data to identify trends and draw informed, actionable conclusions.
  • Execute ad hoc reporting, primarily using SAP data presented through Excel.
  • Identify and deliver situation-appropriate reporting solutions using S/4HANA reporting tools, Power BI, Tableau, and M365-based analytics.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Organize and host quarterly KPI meetings with internal teams and CARICAM markets.
  • Lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of standardized KPI and performance reports.
  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate project updates, insights, and findings to broader stakeholder groups.

Training, Enablement & User Support

  • Deliver targeted, role-based training to digital end users to ensure effective adoption and usage of application interfaces.
  • Support onboarding and continued success of new end users at all stages of the process.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure consistent and compliant system usage.

Continuous Learning & Flexibility

  • Expand business knowledge and capabilities to support or backfill product planning and supply roles.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting cross-functional coverage and ensuring continuity as business needs evolve.
  • Maintain visible engagement with TPW and pep+ initiatives.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Design, manage, and distribute a customer survey in Q3, followed by analysis and presentation of insights to management.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, project management, analytics-driven, or related business roles.

Technical & Digital Skills

  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency with ERP-related reporting tools, such as SAP S/4HANA.
  • Working knowledge of SAP U.S. systems strongly preferred.
  • SQL knowledge and general understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
