Manage incoming calls and email inquiries, identifying and assessing RDC or Branch needs in order to achieve satisfaction.
View and approve daily stock order reports from RDC to Branches.
Resolve reported shortages, overages, mis-ships and damages by determining the problem and expediting corrections or adjustments to ensure resolution.
Maintain vendor records by updating account information and vendor requirements.
Collaborate with vendors and Merchandising team on potential returns by collecting and analyzing data such as vendor requirements, eligibility and availability.
Responsible for processing product return authorization paperwork in order to have the product returned to our suppliers in a timely manner.
Monitor both Inter-Branch Transfers and Vendor Returns to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Assist Management and/or Branch Operations with any special requests such as inventory quantity adjustments, product defects, etc.
Participate in annual inventory count as needed.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Education
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
Professional Experience
Over 1 year, up to and including 2 years experience in an administrative position.
Experience in related capacity including purchasing and replenishment preferred.
Previous AS400 inventory database experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, AS400, Windows components.
