Position: Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Leader. In this role, you will collaborate with the GSC China Central Planning Performance team to develop data analysis tools and digital applications to enhance their performance management and improve the overall performance of GSC China. You will also work closely with colleagues in GSC China Central Planning to develop effective digital tools for Demand Planning, SIOP, and SSCM, with the aim of improving their decision-making efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with Supply Chain Management teams in GSC China factories to investigate their business scenarios and develop digital applications that enhance the quality and efficiency of their planning work.
Responsibilities:
ØCollaborate with the GSC China Central Planning Performance team to develop data analysis tools and digital applications to enhance their performance management.
ØWork with colleagues in GSC China Central Planning to develop effective digital tools for Demand Planning, SIOP, and SSCM, improving decision-making efficiency.
ØCollaborate with Supply Chain Management teams in GSC China factories to research their business scenarios and develop digital applications to improve planning team’s work quality and efficiency.
ØExpand data sources to provide broader data perspectives to Supply Chain Planning personnel, enhancing their data analysis capabilities.
ØDrive the establishment of a solid data foundation to lay the groundwork for further digital transformation.
ØDevelop needed capabilities towards the SMART Planning project in GSC China.
ØMaintain the stability of the DSS data platform.
ØDevelop digital applications to support various Supply Chain Planning projects.
ØArchitecture solution design for new digital demand of Supply Chain Planning.
ØDevelop an deploy the subcontracting tools across China subcontractors
About Supply Chain Planning Decision Support System:
ØLead the development of the foundational architecture of the Supply Chain Planning DSS system.
ØParticipate in the design and analysis of application systems.
ØDesign and develop system modules based on business requirements, including data interfaces, business logic definitions, and data models.
ØTake ownership of specific module development and programming tasks, and handle urgent problem-solving.
ØCollaborate with business departments to identify and resolve known bugs.
ØDevelop system-related technical documentation and operating instructions.
ØCommunicate effectively with other members of the team, collaborate on development projects, and design high-performance, scalable, and requirement-compliant solutions.
Requirements:
ØProficient in databases such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
ØProficient in AI Agent, Skill, Harness frameworks and Machine Learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
ØFamiliar with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
ØStrong development skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, VB, VUE, etc.
