Job Description

MISSIONS

SITE ADMINISTRATOR

Standard operations & procedures

  • Manages the center routines / general assemblies / administrative agenda of the site & the relationships with partners/providers
  • Manages and ensures the compliance regarding : Maintenance / security & safety / Implement KLP Standards and local regulations, with the support of our internal tools
  • Set-ups and pilots the center budget, propose improvement of the asset with a continuous look Opexand capex improvement : Guarantee the respect of the procurement policy.
  • Guarantees that Klepierre’slevel of commitment (as per defined leasing contract) is met and up to date
  • Implements procedures for the effective management of Centre’s Suppliers in accordance with the contracts

BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Asset value empowerment

  • Animates and monitor dashboards and KPI’s to improve SC performance
  • Manages customers & retailers' satisfaction : Demonstrates and promotes a ‘Service Mindset’ culture
  • Is involved in Mall income development: Takes initiative, on local Business : Target, prospection and business growth ( + Support leasing in scouting local brands/retailers).
  • Is proactive to test & develop new services aiming at increasing the center’s level attractivity (parking, e-services, innovation…)
  • Is aware of and reports relevant competition information and shopper trends to maximize on growth opportunities and overcome potential business pressures

ANIMATOR

Community Animation in and outside the SC

  • Promotes exchanges and synergies to intensify collaboration with retailers
  • Works with Head office teams (marketing, SC Management, CSR…) to enhance attractivity of the SC
  • Animates local community of customers / using the methods and tools provided: Customer satisfaction tools
  • Is oriented in a customer thinking approach (BtoBtoC)

AMBASSADOR

SC and company values representation

  • Maintains constructive dialogue with local public authorities, ensuring that Klepierre is well inserted in the local economic environment (including Police, Fire Brigade and Hospital)
  • Develops strategies to promote CSR strategy locally, suggesting partnerships aiming at promoting local employment / insertion of local communities (egState, municipality, public services, associations, etc.)

MANAGER

Teams and providers management

  • Coordinates current activities of the shopping center and delegating actions
  • Supports the development of Klepierre teams to grow skills and competencies
  • Performs the annual individual performance review
  • Manages providers and external teams
