About the role:

We're looking to hire a SBU Head - Stationary, who is responsible for driving business growth within a company. He/She develops a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Qualifications:

• Create comprehensive business plans that align with company goals.
• Analyze competitors, market conditions, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
• Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, and partners to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns, brand awareness & brand visibility campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Work with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing products.
• Manage company Profit & Loss in an effective manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, out of which minimum 02 years of experience at a managerial level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Hands of experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing or qualification in CIM/SLIM or any post graduate diploma equal to this.
• Good in analytical Skills.
