S.B. Foot Tanning is the main leather supplier for Red Wing Shoe Company and a major supplier of leather to the US Military through our partner network. From WWI to Operation Iraqi Freedom, when a soldier laces up for duty, there is a very good chance he is putting boots made from S.B. Foot leather. S.B Foot Tanning is proud of the innovative testing lab in Red Wing, MN and the tannery has received numerous quality awards in the tanning industry.
We are looking for quality candidates for 1st shift Production Operator positions at S.B. Foot Tanning Company. Our Production Operator positions require adherence to safe work practices, quality output, attention to detail and efficiency. Employees may work in team settings and/or independently.
Pay Rates: Starting wage is a base pay of $24.95/hour, and once qualified on a specific job, the base rate may increase to anywhere from $24.95/hour to $30.60/hour.
Must be available to work overtime as needed.

Red Wing Shoe Company was built on America’s great promise; if one worked hard enough, one could achieve anything. In 1905, Mr. Charles Beckman founded the Red Wing Shoe Company. As a Main Street shoe store owner, he recognized the need for comfortable and durable work boots. Word of the quality and comfort built into every pair spread quickly and the company prospered.
