Job Description

  • Lead the solutioning and technical response for BPM-related RFPs, RFIs, and proposals in the Retail & CPG industry and other non financial services industries
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and technology teams to design end-to-end solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
  • Translate complex business requirements into digital-first BPM solutions leveraging automation, AI/ML, analytics, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and value propositions tailored to Retail & CPG industry and other non financial services industries
  • Present solutions to internal stakeholders and clients through orals, workshops, and demos.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies & support cost modeling, risk assessment, and transition planning for proposed solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore models.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Retail & CPG industry and other non financial services industries.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to craft compelling value propositions, along with proven experience in Retail & CPG and other non financial services industries domain processes, systems, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong understanding of BPM platforms (e.g. Appian), AI/ML, RPA, and data analytics.
  • Experience in crafting responses for large, complex RFPs and client engagements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).

Preferred

  • Domain familiarity across Insurance, Utilities/Energy, and Healthcare, including key buying centers and operating models (e.g., insurers, payers/providers, utilities & energy retailers).
  • Prior experience selling Data, Analytics, Digital, or AI‑led transformation and technology‑enabled services to large enterprises.

Leadership Qualities

  • Customer‑first mindset with strong commercial judgment and long‑term relationship orientation.
  • High ownership, execution intensity, and accountability in ambiguous, high‑stakes environments.
  • Naturally collaborative, with the ability to operate effectively across matrixed, global teams while maintaining clarity and decisiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution, with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.

Preferred (but not mandatory)

10+ years of experience in digital transformation, or solution architecture roles particularly in Retail & CPG industry and other non-financial services industries
