职位描述

1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned market, including revenue, profit, and market share growth.
2. Conduct in-depth market analysis and planning for the designated region, leveraging internal and external insights to identify market opportunities and develop data-driven reports.
3. Manage relationships with distributors/dealers in the assigned territory, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to implement company strategies.
4. Execute channel management strategies, build and optimize channel pipelines, drive sales growth, and ensure the healthy development of the market within the assigned region.
5. Implement sales strategies for products and solutions in the assigned region to increase market share and enhance the company's competitive advantage.

职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills. Overseas experience or proficiency in a second language (Russian/Spanish/Arabic) is a plus.
2. Proven experience in sales and channel management. Prior experience working overseas or in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
3. Strong customer communication and management skills, excellent coordination and collaboration abilities, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Highly responsible, adaptable, and resilient with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
5. Willingness to accept permanent overseas assignments.
