Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Rickmansworth Lettings team as a viewing assistant.

This role will be to provide support on Saturday's between 9am-4pm, and requires a valid UK driving license.

There may be the opportunity to pick up additional hours in the week in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients at the properties for viewings.

• Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills' Representative.

• Have a good understanding of the property market.

• Fantastic Business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.

• Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.

• To have knowledge & experience of Rickmansworth and the surrounding villages
