and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Receptionist will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
Answer the phone and direct customer calls
Welcome visitors
General administration as and when required
Be a key point of communication for the team
Skills required
Excellent communicator with proven experience of offering excellent customer service
Receptionist experience would be ideal but not essential
Be available to work Saturdays as required.
Possess a confident, positive approach and deliver great customer service
Present the company in a professional manner
