Job Description

Are you someone who is studying during the week? Looking for additional work? Or just interested in property? At KFH we have a Saturday assistant position available to join one of our established branches.

You will report to our Branch Director.

Responsibilities of a Saturday assistant include:

  • Communicate with customers by phone, email and face to face maintaining company standards
  • Use and maintain the branch’s online diary where required
  • Communicate with third party companies when necessary
  • Provide high levels of customer service

At KFH we are looking for an assistant with a proven track record in administration, someone who offers outstanding communication, and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results, and enhancing our reputation.

In time, if you wish to look for a full time or permanent position with us we offer fantastic networking opportunities as well as an industry leading training programme to develop our staff.
