Competitive Pay
- $11/hour + bonuses for team members working 25+ hours per week
- $10/hour + bonuses for team members working 16–24 hours per week

- Conduct phone surveys with clients, family members, and caregivers
- Accurately document survey responses
- Help organizations improve care and employee experiences
- Create positive interactions with every participant
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Reliable attendance
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Language Skills
- English fluency is required.
