The Transformation & BBBEE Enablement Manager is accountable for leading and executing PwC SATIC’s Transformation, BBBEE, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Societal Impact agenda. The role drives strategy execution, governance, regulatory compliance, committee leadership and measurable outcomes across the territory.

Qualifications /Certifications required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Law, Economics or related field

Experience required:

· 6–8 years’ experience in Transformation, BBBEE, D&I or Societal Impact roles · Strong working knowledge of BBBEE Codes and Employment Equity legislation

· Experience in professional services or complex corporate environments

Responsibilities of role:

1. Transformation & BBBEE

· Develop, implement and monitor the SATIC Transformation and BBBEE strategy aligned to PwC priorities and regulatory requirements

· Own and manage the end-to-end BBBEE scorecard across all elements, including Management Control, Employment Equity, Skills Development, Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) and Socio-Economic Development (SED)

· Coordinate annual and ad-hoc BBBEE verification processes and manage relationships with verification agencies

· Ensure robust audit readiness, document governance, and risk mitigation related to transformation compliance

2. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

· Drive execution of the SATIC D&I strategy in partnership with People & Culture · Embed inclusive practices across recruitment, progression, leadership development and employee experience

· Track, analyse and report on D&I metrics and recommend corrective actions where required

3. Societal Impact / CSI

· Lead the SATIC Societal Impact and CSI strategy, ensuring alignment to firm purpose and BBBEE requirements

· Identify, manage and evaluate CSI programmes, community initiatives and development partnerships

· Oversee CSI expenditure, impact measurement and reporting

4. Committee & Governance Leadership

· Chair and lead firm committees including the CSI Committee, Culture Edge and other transformation or inclusion forums

· Set agendas, facilitate discussions, drive decision-making and ensure execution of agreed actions

· Prepare committee packs, dashboards, and submissions for leadership and governance forums

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

· - Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and senior leaders on transformation, BBBEE and inclusion matters

· - Partner with Finance, Procurement, People & Culture, Learning and Development, Risk and Legal teams to embed transformation outcomes

· - Engage with external stakeholders including suppliers, NPOs, regulators and industry bodies
