These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Guidewire consulting generalist at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions. You will apply an in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DataAnalystto join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsibleforanalyzing and interpreting complex datafor leading Insurance clients across the UK, Europe and AfricaYou will work closely with various stakeholders, including Actuaries, Data Scientists, Underwriters, Sales, Operations, Claims, and Executives, to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

What will you do?

• Data Analysis: Analyse large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

• Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by performing data validation and cleansing activities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

• Data Integration: Assist in integrating data from various sources

• Documentation: Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and tools.

Qualifications / Certifications required:

• Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experienceand skillsrequired:

• 7+years of experienceas a DataAnalyst(insuranceexperience a plus)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

What is nice to have?

• Familiarity with Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Experience in Financial Services, and specifically in General insurance.
