About PwC SATIC and the role
PwC SATIC helps clients build trust and reinvent by delivering structured, high-quality services across complex transformation environments. Within the Transformation team, the PMO function provides the governance, planning discipline, control framework, and delivery oversight needed to support successful
project and programme execution. This role contributes to delivery consistency, improved decision making, and quality reporting across initiatives.

As an Associate PMO Analyst, you will support transformation programmes by coordinating governance activities, maintaining project controls, monitoring delivery plans, and providing accurate reporting and oversight across workstreams. You will work closely with project and programme leads to ensure governance, planning, and control activities are executed cohesively and consistently across the project lifecycle.

As an Associate PMO Analyst at PwC SATIC, you will support the Project Management Office across transformation initiatives by helping maintain governance standards, monitor delivery plans, and provide project oversight through reporting, controls, and coordination. You will contribute to ensuring that governance, planning, and control activities are performed consistently across the portfolio, enabling better visibility, stronger delivery discipline, and more effective stakeholder decision-making.

Qualifications Certifications required:
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
 Strong MS Office capability, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required for reporting and management information preparation


Preferred / highly advantageous: PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, PMP, Agile, Scrum, APMP certification. Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Associate Project Management (UK)

Experience required:

 1–3 years of experience in a PMO Analyst, PMO Support, Project Coordinator, or similar delivery support role.
 Working knowledge of project and programme management methodologies, governance practices, and reporting disciplines.
 Experience monitoring project progress against delivery plans and escalating risks, issues, or control gaps where needed.
 Experience maintaining core PMO artefacts such as status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, action trackers, and governance packs.
 Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting capability.
 Exposure to transformation, change, portfolio, or consulting environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities of role:

 Support project and programme governance activities in line with agreed PMO standards, methodologies, and controls.
 Perform monitoring and oversight activities against project and programme delivery plans.
 Ensure governance, planning, and control-related activities are executed cohesively and consistently across assigned initiatives.
 Prepare and maintain project status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, milestone trackers, action logs, and governance documentation.
 Consolidate project information into management information packs and reporting for stakeholders and governance forums.
 Support project managers and workstream leads with planning updates, reporting cycles, and control tracking.

 Track dependencies, decisions, risks, issues, and actions, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where appropriate.
 Maintain high-quality project data and documentation across PMO tools and repositories.
 Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO governance, reporting, and delivery support practices.

Desirable skill sets include:
 Familiarity with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and project lifecycle controls.
 Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, or equivalent reporting and planning tools.
 Exposure to project, programme, or portfolio environments within consulting or managed services.

Industry Experience:

 industry experience is helpful but not mandatory.
