We are currently seeking a qualified Satellite Systems Engineer (CONOPS) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for define operations from launch through end-of-life, designing the mission workflow, procedures, and system interactions. The candidate translates high-level mission goals into actionable ground station procedures, telemetry monitoring, and contingency plans for flight, bridging the gap between satellite design and operational execution.

Launch & Operations Support: Supporting LEOP, satellite commissioning, and ongoing monitoring of satellite health.
Tool Development: Utilizing MBSE approaches and simulation software to validate performance.
Tools & Process Enhancement: Develop and maintain Visio diagrams (process flows, system architectures, task sequences). Recommend improvements to project management tools and workflows to increase transparency and efficiency. Support adoption of Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) where applicable.
Initiative & Autonomy: Identify gaps or risks before they become issues and propose mitigation actions. Take ownership of assigned work streams, seeking guidance when needed but driving tasks to completion independently.
