When a  potential Customer  is looking to replace legacy GEO services with Leo services in order to enjoy the Leo  benefits (Leo brings low latency, attractive prices, fliaxable monthly subscription packages, an option to be used aside a fiber link for  backup on demand purposes ). Those customers can have basically 2 options.
Option 1 - engage with a reseller of oneweb and album frik him monthly package and equipment to  be installed for  exnaple in a remote site that is currently operating GEO services. Than the customer will stop laying the geo satellite company and start paying to the Leo.
n that case or option 1, if there is a bad weather in terms of heavy rainings or fog, the Leo service can go down for the duration of the bad weather. Why? The Leo satellite service is less stable in bad  weather conditions. Compared to Geo. They are working g in different. Radio bands.
 So what we offer to our customers is to stay with the geo and just add next to it the Leo service. We install for them networking device that can recognize automatically if the Leo is down or not providing the full throughput it should provide. .
And than in this case we switch over th traffic to the Geo.
 With us. The customer is enjoying both the GEO and the LEO without paying twice.
He is paying only for the Leo and getting from
 us free of charge the backup On the GEO
Right now the only Leo services that are already operating are of Oneweb. And we are one of not too may companies world wide that has extremely competitive cost structure with them, that puts us in a pole position to teller it In the market to MNOs. ISPs. Governments and enterprises
