Bosch Home Comfort satış organizasyonumuzda görev almak üzere, iklimlendirme sistemleri alanında satış faaliyetlerini yürütecek takım arkadaşı arıyoruz.

Pozisyonun çalışma lokasyonu adayın mevcut ikametgahına göre Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa veya Elazığ olarak değerlendirilebilecektir.

  • Single Split, Multi Split, Large Split ve VRF ürün gruplarının satış faaliyetlerini yetkili satıcı ağımız üzerinden yönetmek
  • Bölgedeki tasarım ofisleri, yatırımcılar, müteahhitler ve proje paydaşlarına ürün ve sistem çözümlerimizi tanıtmak
  • Sorumlu olunan bölgede proje takibi gerçekleştirerek satış fırsatlarını geliştirmek ve sonuçlandırmak
  • Yetkili satıcı ağının performansını yönetmek, iş birliklerini güçlendirmek ve yeni iş fırsatları yaratmak
  • Tasarımcı ve proje paydaşlarına sistem seçimi ve uygulama süreçlerinde teknik destek sağlamak
  • Bölgesel satış hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek ve satış stratejilerinin sahada etkin şekilde uygulanmasını sağlamak
  • Bayi hedeflerinin gerçekleşmesini takip etmek ve iş ortaklarıyla sürdürülebilir ilişkiler geliştirmek
  • Bayi ağındaki ticari ve finansal riskleri izlemek ve gerekli aksiyonları almak
  • Rakip analizleri ve pazar araştırmaları yaparak yeni fırsat alanlarını belirlemek
  • Aylık satış, proje ve bölge performans raporlarını hazırlamak ve yönetime sunmak

Qualifications

  • Üniversitelerin tercihen Makine Mühendisliği olmak üzere Mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun
  • Satış kanalı yönetimi, bayi yönetimi veya teknik satış alanlarında en az 5 yıl deneyimli
  • Single Split, Multi Split, Large Split ve VRF sistemleri hakkında bilgi sahibi
  • Takım çalışmasına yatkın ve güçlü iş birliği becerilerine sahip
  • Aktif araç kullanabilen ve seyahat engeli bulunmayan
  • Güçlü iletişim, temsil ve organizasyon becerilerine sahip
  • Sonuç odaklı, yüksek motivasyonlu ve saha çalışma düzenine uyum sağlayabilecek
  • MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilen
