Pozisyon Tanımı
Maa Althahab parfümlerinin, geniş müşteri yelpazesine tanıtımından ve satılmasından sorumlu olacaktır, satış danışmanı iyi derecede satış, müşteri hizmetleri ve iletişim yeneteneğine sahip olmalıdır. Satış işlemlerinin kayıt edilmesi için gerekli bilgisayar bilgisi gerekmektedir. İdeal aday anadil seviyesinde Türkçe konuşabilmeli, İngilizce bilgisi avantaj sayılacaktır ve prezentabl olmalıdır.
Sorumluluklar
Müşterilere nazik ve profesyonel bir şekilde yaklaşarak ihtiyaçlarını anlamak ve doğru ürünleri sunmak.
Parfüm ve kozmetik ürünleri hakkında detaylı bilgi sahibi olmak ve müşterileri bilgilendirmek.
Günlük satış hedeflerini takip etmek ve bu hedeflere ulaşmak için aktif satış yapmak.
Mağaza düzenini korumak, ürünlerin temizliğini ve sunumunu sağlamak.
Kasa işlemlerini eksiksiz ve dikkatli bir şekilde gerçekleştirmek.
Müşteri şikayet ve önerilerini dinlemek, gerektiğinde mağaza yöneticisine bildirmek.
Yeni gelen ürünler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak ve müşterilere bu ürünleri tanıtmak.
Ürün stoklarını kontrol etmek, eksikleri yönetime raporlamak.
Şirket tarafından belirlenen kampanya ve promosyonları doğru şekilde uygulamak ve müşteriye aktarmak.

Maa Althahab Fragrances member of Al Masmoum Group Companies is one of the largest fragrance companies in Syria despite its short journey in fragrances business, through building up the company on solid foundations using latest management concepts (Established in the beginning of the year 2006) by Mr. Abdul Hadi Al Masmoum.
Al Masmoum group was founded in 1987 in Homs – Syria, and after great success of the group in its products “perfumes and deodorants, hair care products, cosmetics and makeup, accessories” and becoming one of the leading companies in the region with four factories, the youngest brother of Al Masmoum family decided to start new line of business lunching Maa Althahab Fragrances.
Maa Althahab headquarters was first established in Syria, now we are in heart of Cairo. The company offers its products in the Egyptian market at its almost 30 branches that have been picked up in remarkable places. We are a global brand with a chain almost 100 stores all around the world. We are expanding and we are not finished developing.
Maa Althahab efforts consist in four main domains, Oil Fragrances, ready products, Oriental bottles, Franchising.
