Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Manage site acceptance, audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities for Mobile, FTTH, FTTT and NADI programmes by ensuring sites meet MCMC requirements, supporting audit and verification activities, coordinating compliance gap closure and facilitating successful site acceptance and claim submissions.

1. Audit Readiness Management: Support audit preparation and compliance activities for Mobile, FTTH, FTTT, and NADI centres by reviewing site documentation and conducting readiness assessments to ensure sites are fully prepared for MCMC audits.
2. Site Acceptance & Documentation Verification: Assist in site acceptance activities by rigorously verifying operational, technical, and contractual compliance documentation prior to formal acceptance.
3. Field Verification & Compliance Checks: Perform physical field verifications and routine compliance checks for network implementations, identifying and flagging any compliance gaps prior to claim submission.
4. Audit and Site Visit Support: Support MCMC audits, site visits, and verification exercises by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating site logistics, and acting as a key operational contact during inspections.
5. Corrective Action Tracking: Track the resolution of compliance findings and audit observations, following up on corrective actions to ensure the timely closure of outstanding issues.
6. Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with MCMC representatives, contractors, Technical Partners, and internal stakeholders to address compliance matters and gather necessary data for site acceptance.
7. Compliance Reporting: Maintain accurate audit records, site acceptance reports, and compliance registers, assisting in the preparation of management reports to support governance and regulatory requirements.
8. Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for audit, site acceptance, and compliance processes to strengthen overall audit readiness and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit coordination, project governance, telecommunications operations, site acceptance, or programme administration
