As a Senior Associate in SAP Human Capital, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
• Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
• Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality work and grow their skills
• Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and anticipate needs
• Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
• Leveraging digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to drive innovative solutions
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
• Developing a deeper understanding of the business context to align project objectives with strategic goals

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM)
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
• Engaging in business process improvement for client success
• Managing human resources transformation projects effectively
• Applying strategic human resource planning in dynamic environments
