We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical-Functional Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive technical application support for SAP S/4HANA Treasury Management systems. This role will be instrumental in supporting Syngenta's treasury operations through expert system administration, incident resolution, and continuous system enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day support activities for the SAP TRM module, ensuring all incidents, service requests, and problems are resolved efficiently and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes Hands-on Incidence resolution.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and work with cross-functional including ABAP and Middleware teams to implement permanent fixes, preventing recurring issues.
  • responsible for small functional changes and enhancements within SAP TRM, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment in Agile/DevOps environment.
  • Configure and optimize core TRM modules, including Transaction Manager (Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Securities), Risk Management, and Hedge Accounting.
  • Cash Management: Implement and support Cash Operations, Cash Position, Liquidity Management, Bank Account Management (BAM), Bank Communication Management (BCM) and In-House Cash (IHC).
  • Banking Integration: Manage bank connectivity via SWIFT, Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), or Host-to-Host, including Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) and payment format configurations (ISO 20022/XML).
  • Process Optimization: Drive automation in treasury processes, including FX exposure management, automated deal processing, and period-end valuations.
  • Technical Support : Should have intermediate technical skills like assisting in debugging, understand idoc configuration and flows, basic knowledge of how SAP PI/PO/IS interfaces/API work, webservices activations etc
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related development tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in SAP Treasury & Risk Management, with at least 1 full-cycle SAP TRM implementation
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Treasury configuration, including Transaction Manager, Hedge Management, and Cash Management.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations, financial risk management (FX/Interest Rate), hedge accounting (IFRS 9/IAS 39), and instrument valuation.
  • Integration Knowledge: Proven ability to integrate TRM with FI/CO, MM, and SD modules.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or IT. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CA, CFA, CTP, FRM) is a plus.
  • SAP TRM certification is a big plus.
