StradaislookingforahighlyskilledSAP TimeConsultantwithsolidexperienceinSAP Time ManagementimplementationandsupportTheideal candidatewilllead time-relatedfunctionalworkstreams,provideexpert-levelguidancetoclients, anddeliverhigh‑qualitysolutionsalignedwithHR andPayrollprocesses

Thisrolerequiresstronganalyticalskills,theabilitytoworkcloselywithglobalteams(particularlyinEurope), andprovenexperiencedeliveringAMSandprojectservicesincomplexenvironments

KeyResponsibilities

  • Leadtheanalysis,design,configuration, andimplementationofSAP Time Management (PT)solutions,includingschemas, rules, andworkschedules

  • ProvideexpertsupportforTimeEvaluation, AbsenceAttendanceManagement, ShiftPlanning, and InterfaceswithPayroll

  • Conductrequirement-gatheringworkshopswithglobalstakeholdersandconvertbusinessneedsintofunctionalspecifications

  • Performenhancements,testing(unit,regression,integration), anddocumentationaccordingtoStrada'sdeliverystandards

  • Troubleshootcomplextimeevaluationissuesandproposeoptimizedsolutions

  • Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsacrossSAP HCM,SuccessFactors, andPayroll

  • SupportAMSoperationsbyhandlingincidents,servicerequests, andminorenhancementswithSLAcompliance

  • Trainusersand juniorconsultants;provideguidanceonbestpracticesandprocessimprovements

  • EnsurealignmentwithStrada’sgovernancemodel,deliveryframework, andqualitymethodologies

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering, HRInformationSystems,orrelatedfield

  • Demonstrable experiencein SAP Time Managementconsulting

  • Strongexpertisein:

  • TimeEvaluationschemasandPCRs

  • AbsenceAttendanceconfiguration

  • Workschedules,publicholidays, and timequotas

  • IntegrationswithPayroll(SAP HCMorECPayroll)

  • Experienceworkingininternationalmulticulturaldeliveryteams

  • Strongproblem-solving,communication, andstakeholder‑managementskills

  • Abilitytoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision

  • Fluent in English.

PreferredQualifications

  • ExperiencewithSuccessFactorsEmployeeCentral Time OfforWorkforceSoftwareisanadvantage

  • KnowledgeofAMSdeliverymodels(ITIL,incidentlifecyclemanagement).

  • SAPcertificationin HCM Time Managementisa plus

  • ExperiencesupportingEuropeantimeschemas(Spain,Italy, France, UK, etc.)ishighlydesirable
