Requirements

We are seeking an experienced
SAP HCM Time Management Consultant
with strong expertise in
positive time management configuration, PCRs, and schema development
. The ideal candidate will support SAP Time Management operations in an AMS/support environment, troubleshoot issues, configure solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR time management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management processes, particularly
  Positive Time Management
  .

• 
  Design, read, write, and maintain
  Payroll Control Rules (PCRs) and Schemas
  related to time management.

• 
  Troubleshoot time management issues, analyze root causes, and implement fixes.

• 
  Support SAP AMS environment including incident resolution and ticket management.

• 
  Configure SAP systems based on client requirements using PCRs and schemas.

• 
  Work with testing and defect tracking tools such as
  HP ALM, JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy
  , or similar platforms.

• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and system optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  6–8 years of relevant SAP HCM experience (mandatory).

• 
  Strong expertise in:

  • 
    SAP Time Management (Positive Time Management)

  • 
    PCR writing and schema configuration

  • 
    SAP HCM configuration and support.

• 
  Experience working in an
  Application Management Services (AMS) / support environment
  .

• 
  Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as:

  • 
    ServiceNow

  • 
    JIRA

  • 
    Remedy

  • 
    HP ALM (good to have).

• 
  Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

• 
  Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Good to Have Skills

• 
  Experience with Canada Payroll or other SAP HCM modules.

• 
  Exposure to testing tools and QA processes.

• 
  Broader SAP HCM functional knowledge.
