SAP Test Manager

Brisbane Based

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an SAP Test Manager who will lead testing and quality assurance across SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. You will provide hands-on test leadership across the System Integrator, business teams and other delivery partners, ensuring the solution is comprehensively tested and ready for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Test Strategy, planning, governance and execution.
• Manage SIT, end-to-end testing, regression, UAT, data migration testing, performance testing and production verification.
• Coordinate testing across SAP S/4HANA and integrated SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Provide oversight and challenge of System Integrator testing activities.
• Lead defect management, triage and quality reporting.
• Manage test environments, test data, dependencies and resources.
• Ensure appropriate coverage of critical end-to-end business processes.
• Identify opportunities for regression test automation and continuous quality improvement.

Essential Experience

• 10+ years' testing/quality engineering experience.
• Significant Test Management experience on large enterprise transformation programs.
• Demonstrated SAP ERP/S/4HANA testing experience.
• Strong experience across SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with complex integrations and data migration.
• Strong defect, risk and test governance capability.
• Experience managing System Integrators and multiple delivery partners.

Highly Desirable Experience

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Asset Management/EAM, Finance, PPM/Project Systems, Procurement, BTP, Ariba, SAP Cloud ALM, data migration and test automation will be highly regarded.
