Role: SAP SD Systems Administrator
Reports to: SAP Product Owner
Location: Hybrid, occasional travel to our Leeds office

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, per year DOE
As a SAP SD Administrator for Magnet you’ll have a direct impact on the business by ensuring our core sales and distribution systems operate reliably across our store network. This is a varied role combining problem solving and team support, alongside opportunities to build your SAP knowledge and gain exposure to our future S/4HANA plans.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting and maintaining SAP SD / Order-to-Cash operations, with opportunities to get involved in system improvements and change activity
Provide second-line (L2) support for SAP SD incidents
Investigate and resolve issues across the order-to-cash process (orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, outputs)
Monitor daily system activity to ensure smooth operation across Trade and Retail processes
Run regular operational checks (e.g. integration failures, output errors, job failures, billing issues)
Escalate complex issues and support resolution with SAP Consultants and technical teams
Support branch/store changes through standard SAP configuration
Assist with testing (SIT/UAT) and SAP change releases
Maintain clear documentation and knowledgebase updates
Work with SAP teams to continuously improve system stability and support processes
Who we’re looking for:
Experience working on SAP systems, IT support or systems administration roles, or relevant education in IT, business, or a related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to investigate issues and follow them through to resolution
Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business users
Organised and proactive with a willingness to learn and develop
Comfortable using standard business tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams) to support communication, documentation, data analysis and issue investigation
Basic understanding of SAP SD or Order-to-Cash processes would be desirable
Comfortable working with IT tickets is advantageous
Desirably exposure to testing, configuration or change support within SAP
Experience with SAP ECC, CRM/CX woudl be beneficial
