SAP Support Specialist (PS - Project System)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP PS module, ensuring optimal performance and system availability.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP PS module and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Assist in customizing, configuring, and enhancing the SAP PS module to meet business needs.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Provide end-user training and support to enhance system utilization and user proficiency.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and new features to improve system functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP PS module support and implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 with a deep understanding of the PS module.
• Experience configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting in the SAP PS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP integration with other modules such as MM, FI, or CO.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging or development.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
