Job Description

  • Technical user support, troubleshooting and workflow optimization for SAP modules PP, MM, SD, QM and FI/CO
  • Close collaboration during change processes with other IT teams from Delta Electronics, based in Canada and Taiwan, especially during the migration to S/4HANA
  • Monitoring of the SAP system performance and identify possible issues proactively
  • Root cause analysis and debugging of recurring issues
  • Collaboration with business users to analyze requirements and configure department-specific solutions

Qualifications

  • Completed technical education (University, FH)
  • Several years of experience in a similar SAP support function
  • Experience in SAP configuration, system monitoring, integration tools and reporting
  • Knowledge of cross-departmental processes in a manufacturing firm
  • Very good English skills (company language), German skills are advantageous
