You will be responsible for providing first-level SAP support, ensuring system stability, and assisting users in resolving operational issues efficiently.

• Receive, triage, and resolve L1/L2 SAP support tickets across modules such as SD, MM, and FICO.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify potential issues.
• Support end-users with basic SAP navigation, functionality, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues to L3 engineers and specialized teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Assist in maintaining system availability and operational continuity.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures to improve knowledge sharing.

Requirements

You bring foundational experience in IT support or SAP environments, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• 0–2 years of experience in SAP support, IT service desk, or similar roles.
• Basic understanding of SAP Fiori, ABAP concepts, and integration tools.
• SAP certification (such as SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local language and Chinese is a plus.
