• Lead Solution Design & Implementation: You lead full lifecycle implementations and analyse business processes to recommend optimal solutions and configuring the PS module.
• Stakeholder Management: You manage, coach, and monitor client service teams on multiple engagements in a wide variety of industries and build long-term relationships with clients. You conduct training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure system stability and performance.
• Business Development & Proposals: Proposal writing and business development comes very natural to you.
• Drive Performance & Excellence: Deliver exceptional client service, maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
• Lead & Mentor Teams: Collaborate with colleagues from across the firm locally and internationally to ensure smooth workshops facilitation with business stakeholders and IT teams. Guide organizations toward modern communication strategies and best practices. And manage, develop, train and mentor the supervised teams and assess their performance
• Shape Strategy & Innovation: You understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction. You participate in strategy and brainstorm sessions on innovative service offerings, based on your knowledge of and experience with potential client demands.

Let’s talk about you

• You have a profound knowledge of Project System Management with at least 8 years of relevant experience and have completed at multiple end-to-end implementations for SAP PS.
• You have a good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Revenue Planning, Material Requirement planning for projects, Time sheets, Goods issues/material movements for projects, and other project management activities in SAP PS.
• You have a strategic vision for the long-term growth and development of the team and firm and you are capable of working in complex business scenarios and configurations
• You have a good understanding of Period end closing topics like Settlement, RA, and reporting
• You have previous experience of both Customer projects and Investment projects.
• You have worked in all phases of project like user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation, realize build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, integrations with other modules and Post Go-live Hypercare.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree and a master in engineering or finance will be considered a bonus

In order to excel at your job you will develop the following skills and having previous experience is considered as a plus:

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Project System is an added advantage.
• Good to have knowledge of SAP S/4 Public cloud and BTP/SAC.
• Solid integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD and PP.
• Experience of EPPM or CPM is an added advantage.
• Experience of Resource related billing for projects will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
