The Opportunity

As a SAP Supply Chain Manager you will lead client service work focused on SAP supply chain and operations, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through application consulting, implementation, training, and support. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, guide workstreams, manage performance, and use technology and innovation to shape deliverables while leading with integrity and authenticity. In this role at PwC, you will help clients assess needs, implement SAP solutions, and support seamless adoption within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, drawing on work in Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP and the broader SAP competency to help organizations improve supply chain processes and advance strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leading SAP supply chain and operations client workstreams from planning through delivery
  • Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple client engagements
  • Analyzing supply chain processes to identify gaps in planning, procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations
  • Developing and implementing SAP SCM solutions that improve process efficiency and operational visibility
  • Coordinating requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities for SAP initiatives
  • Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, alignment to client needs, and consistency with firm methodologies
  • Coaching team members on SAP supply chain processes, delivery approaches, and issue resolution
  • Identifying opportunities to improve supply chain performance through data modeling, reporting, and process improvement
  • Communicating progress, risks, and action items to clients and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycle
  • Applying knowledge of supply chain management software, demand planning, procurement strategy, and warehouse management systems

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Science
  • Demonstrating SAP Supply Chain transformation delivery for client accounts
  • Leading project budgeting, planning, and execution across supply chain workstreams
  • Mentoring teams through process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  • Translating supply chain analysis into data-driven insights for executives
  • Applying SAP Supply Chain Management and warehouse management system knowledge

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
