Which tasks can you expect?

  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management.

  • Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.

  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.

  • Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.

  • Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.

  • Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.


What do you have to offer?

  • Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Times Management. Another module would be considered positively.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.

  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology. SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification.

  • Good understanding of HR process. High level of conversational and written English (B2-C1).

  • You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.

  • You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
