You will play a critical role in transforming our Human Resources (HR) data into actionable insights, operating as a key technical resource for the team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Data Reporting, you will take the lead on complex report development, advanced data analysis, and support system integration projects across the Asia Pacific region. Your work will directly enable data-driven strategic decision-making in areas like workforce planning, talent management, and employee experience.
