Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to capture insights and drive solution decisions.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionalities, ensuring adherence to business and compliance requirements.
• Contribute actively to team discussions, solution reviews, and project planning activities.
• Identify and resolve work-related issues by providing effective and innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain business architecture documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and other project artifacts.
• Support change management initiatives by assisting in impact assessments, communication planning, and user adoption activities.
• Monitor industry trends, SAP SuccessFactors enhancements, and HR technology best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
• Ensure successful delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Expert-level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, process analysis, and requirements gathering methodologies.
• Proven experience translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing HR technology or digital transformation solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, business architecture concepts, and transformation methodologies.
