Key Responsibilities

• 
  Solution Design & Configuration:
  Lead the configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors
  modules based on business requirements, including Employee Central (EC)
  and Talent modules.
• 
  Requirement Gathering:
  Conduct
  workshops with stakeholders to map business processes, create
  configuration workbooks, and translate HR needs into technical solutions.
• 
  Implementation & Deployment:
  Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, including data migration, testing
  (UAT), and system go-live.
• 
  System Maintenance:
  Provide Tier 3
  support, conduct root cause analysis for issues, and manage quarterly
  system updates.
• 
  Integration Support:
  Ensure seamless integration between
  SuccessFactors and existing SAP HCM or payroll systems.

Requirements

• 
  Experience:
  3–9+ years of
  experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 1-2 full-cycle
  implementations.
• 
  Module Expertise:
  Proven expertise
  in SF Employee Central (EC) and at least one other module (e.g., Time
  Management, Recruiting, Onboarding).
• 
  Certification:
  SAP SuccessFactors
  Certification is required or strongly preferred.
• 
  Technical Proficiencies:
  Familiarity with XML configuration, Data Models, Role-Based Permissions
  (RBP), and Workflow design. ABAP
