SAPの中核ソリューションであるERP(基幹)システムをクラウドで活用するにあたり、お客様はハイパースケーラー(AWS/Azure/GCP)の選定、その上でのアーキテクチャ設計等クラウド基盤の選択肢に向き合う必要があります。クラウドアーキテクト&アドバイザリー(CAA)は、そうしたクラウドERP導入の初期段階から関わり、お客様の要件や課題を理解した上で、最適なクラウド構成やアーキテクチャを技術面から検討・助言する役割を担います。具体的には、要件ヒアリングやワークショップ、技術アセスメントを通じて、お客様・営業・構築チームをつなぐ立場としてプロジェクトを支え、契約後はスムーズな構築につながるよう技術情報を整理し引き継ぎを行います。
お客様が安心してクラウド上でERPを活用できるよう、SAPとクラウドの専門性を活かしてビジネスの意思決定を支える仕事です。
また、海外チームとの連携や英語でのコミュニケーションも多く、グローバルな環境でクラウド×エンタープライズITのキャリアをスタートさせることができます。

インターンシップ全体のスケジュール:
前半(2026年10月~2027年3月末)
SAPでの研修や自身で策定する自己能力開発プランに基づきプロフェッショナルとして必要となる基礎学習を進めるとともに、ローテーション先でのコーチ社員のシャドーイングを通じて、SAPのお客様にとっての価値、各職種について理解を深めます。前半のインターンシップを経て、正社員への選考の機会があります。課題や面接を通じてカルチャーフィットや職種の適性を確認し、合格者は2028年4月入社に向けた内々定をオファーします。
後半(2027年4月~2028年3月、内々定者向け)
より実践的な就業体験を積むとともに入社後のトレーニングを先取りします。トレーニングでは、社会人で必要となる基礎スキル(マナー、プレゼンetc.)はもちろん、IT基礎、英語、会計基礎、最新のデジタルトレンド、各職種の専門知識などを身につけ、実践としてアウトプットする場も充実させていきます。SAPのことを理解し、グローバル企業での働き方を知る機会、自身を磨く機会となります。

About Cloud Architect & Advisory
When companies use SAP’s core ERP systems in the cloud, they need to choose the right cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and design the best architecture.
Cloud Architect & Advisory (CAA) works with customers from the very beginning of their cloud ERP journey. By understanding their needs and challenges, CAA provides technical advice on the best cloud setup.
Through workshops and technical discussions, CAA connects customers, sales teams, and implementation teams, helping projects move smoothly from planning to delivery.
This role supports customers’ business decisions by combining expertise in SAP and cloud technologies.
You will also collaborate with global teams and use English regularly, making it a great opportunity to start a global career in cloud and enterprise IT.

First Half - October 2026 to End of March 2027
Based on training at SAP and self-developed personal development plans, students will advance their foundational learning necessary to become professionals. Through shadowing coach employees at their rotation destinations, they will deepen their understanding of the value SAP provides to its customers and the various job roles.Those who wish to become full-time employees will have the opportunity to go through the selection process in January-March. Through assignments and interviews, we will confirm cultural fit and job suitability, and successful candidates will receive a preliminary offer for employment starting in April 2028.
Second Half - April 2027 to March 2028 (For those who have received a preliminary offer)
Practical work experience and pre-employment training. Training covers essential professional skills (manners, presentations, etc.), IT basics, English, accounting basics, latest digital trends, and specialized knowledge for each job role. Opportunities to apply skills in practice. Understand SAP, learn how to work in a global company, and develop oneself.
