  Maintain and enhance SAP S/4HANA modules in Logistics and Production (MM, SD, WM/EWM, PP, PP-DS, QM).
• 
  Ensure availability, performance, and compliance of SAP processes in the plant environment.
• 
  Act as system owner for logistics and production modules.

• 
  Perform system configuration (customizing) and minor functional changes independently.
• 
  Prepare and update documentation and functional specifications.
• 
  Work with key users to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• 
  Provide second-level support for logistics/production SAP modules.
• 
  Analyse issues, resolve root causes, manage requests, and perform testing.
• 
  Monitor processes, validate master data, and handle change requests.

• 
  Support S/4HANA projects, rollouts, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
• 
  Contribute to defining and optimising end-to-end processes in production, warehousing, and logistics.

• 
  Monitor and maintain interfaces with MES, WMS, TMS (IDocs, APIs).
• 
  Ensure seamless data flow between SAP and connected systems.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP experience in logistics and/or production modules.
• 
  Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive plant context.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to implement and run configuration changes independently, without external consultants.
• 
  Experience with SAP maintenance, system operations, and basic BASIS understanding is a plus.

• 
  Deep process knowledge in procurement, inventory management, production planning/execution, quality, and warehouse logistics.
• 
  Understanding batch management, serial numbers, MRP, and shopfloor integration.
• 
  Experience with cross-module integration (FICO, HCM, PLM) and basic debugging or interface monitoring skills is a plus.

• 
  Strong analytical problem-solving ability and a hands-on, can-do mentality.
• 
  Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
• 
  Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• 
  Excellent communication skills in Polish and English language are required.
