Requirements

We are seeking an SAP ChaRM Support Specialist to provide ongoing support for SAP ChaRM issues and ensure the smooth operation of change management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving ChaRM-related issues, assisting users, and managing change documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Support and Troubleshooting:
  Provide ongoing support for SAP ChaRM issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems related to ChaRM configurations and processes.

• 
  User Assistance:
  Assist users with questions and problems related to the ChaRM tool, offering solutions and guidance as needed.

• 
  Change Management:
  Manage the status changes of change documents (CDs) and oversee the deployment of changes to the production environment.

• 
  Configuration:
  Configure the SAP Transport Management System (STMS) routes for transporting changes between systems.

• 
  Performance Management:
  Address and resolve performance issues related to Solution Manager (Solman) and ChaRM. Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of Solution Manager and ChaRM.

• 
  Health Checks:
  Conduct health checks and monitor the performance of Solution Manager to ensure optimal operation.

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience with SAP ChaRM and Solution Manager.
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• 
  Experience in configuring SAP Transport Management System (STMS) routes.
• 
  Excellent communication skills to assist and guide users effectively.
• 
  Ability to perform regular maintenance and health checks on SAP systems.
