Job Title: SAP Pre Sales Consultant (Supply Chain Management)

We're looking for a Solution Consultant who can blend technical depth with commercial instinct, who thrives in front of clients, and who wants to build a genuinely international career. As an SAP Solution Consultant at Techwave, you own the client relationship across the full lifecycle through deal shaping and solution design, right into technical delivery and post-go-live success. Our clients span multiple countries and industries, which means this role is a genuine launchpad for anyone who wants to grow their career on an international stage:
different cultures, different business environments, different SAP landscapes.
You'll work with some of Europe's most ambitious organizations, leveraging the latest SAP capabilities and you'll be the person clients trust to get it right, both before and after go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements, analyse business challenges, and design SAP solutions aligned with client objectives.

• Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the capabilities and business value of SAP S/4HANA and related supply chain modules.

• Participate in sales strategy sessions, prepare responses to RFIs/RFPs, and contribute to proposal development.

• Provide expert consulting across SAP modules such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution, aligning with client industry processes.

• Lead customer workshops, solution design sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution fit.

• Act as a liaison between sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition and implementation.

• Maintain deep knowledge of the SAP product portfolio, emerging SAP solutions (e.g., SAP HANA Cloud, Intelligent Enterprise), and competitive landscape.

• Represent Techwave at marketing events, industry conferences, and internal best-practice sessions.

• Support post-sales activities, including project initiation and customer success initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and strong specialization in Supply Chain Management

• Approximately 4+ years of experience in SAP pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of core business processes across supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to interact with executives and technical teams.

• Demonstrated ability to create compelling technical proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and produce pre-sales documentation.

• Hands-on experience delivering SAP solution demos and conducting business process analysis.

• Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with multiple industry domains is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant SAP certifications in Supply Chain, S/4HANA, or related modules.

• Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of emerging SAP solutions, including SAP HANA Cloud and Intelligent Enterprise frameworks.
