Gestalten Sie die globale SAP‑Finance‑Landschaft aktiv mit: Als Solution Architect Finance (w/m/d) übernehmen Sie die End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für unsere SAP‑FI‑Services – von der Architektur über internationale Rollouts bis zum stabilen Betrieb. Sie arbeiten an S/4HANA‑, RISE‑ und Cloud‑Themen, treiben Innovationen voran und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche und IT.

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für das Architekturdesign sowie den stabilen, effizienten und regelkonformen Betrieb der globalen SAP‑FI‑Services
  • Service Ownership SAP FI inkl. Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Service‑Standards, SLAs, KPIs sowie Betriebs‑ und Supportmodellen
  • Projektarbeit & Projektleitung in lokalen und globalen SAP‑FI‑Initiativen (z. B. S/4HANA, Rollouts, Transformationen, SAP RISE)
  • Lifecycle‑ und Applikationsmanagement inkl. Ticketbearbeitung (L3‑Support), Fehleranalyse und nachhaltiger Lösungsentwicklung im Tagesgeschäft mit ca. 40 Produktions-und Vertriebsgesellschaften
  • Konzeption, Design und Integration neuer SAP‑FI‑Lösungen in einer hybriden Systemlandschaft (On‑Premise & Cloud) inkl. Anbindung angrenzender SAP‑Lösungen und externer Systeme
  • Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachbereichen, IT‑Partnern und Dienstleistern sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Sonder‑ und Zukunftsthemen

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt S/4HANA FI und Treasury
  • Projekt‑ und Beratungserfahrung sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Finance‑Prozesse, Systemintegration sowie Compliance‑Anforderungen (z. B. IKS, IT-Prüfung)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projekttools, wie Confluence, Jira, SAP Cloud ALM sowie idealerweise xSuite (Rechnungseingangsprüfung)
  • Fähigkeit, sich eigenständig und strukturiert in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, auch in kritischen oder unklaren Situationen
  • Ausgeprägte Team‑ und Kommunikationskompetenz, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, fachlich klar Position zu beziehen und Lösungen voranzutreiben
  • Reisebereitschaft 20%
