SAP SmartRecruiters / Recruiting Senior Consultant

Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters/SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant to support enterprise clients in transforming their hiring operations. The Consultant will be responsible for delivering HCM technology and process solutions, including implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and post-go-live support. Experience with SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, or other enterprise Talent Acquisition platforms is welcome.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in recruiting technologies, strong consulting skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. You will assist clients in implementation planning, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization activities.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning their talent acquisition strategy with technology capabilities, industry best practices, and business goals.
• Provide guidance on modern recruiting practices, digital adoption, and hiring process transformation.
• Support business blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM), SmartRecruiters, or related Talent Acquisition implementations and support engagements.
• Collaborate on recruiting process design, integrations, and business requirement analysis.
• Support integration activities with Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, Position Management, or other HR systems.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders in international project environments.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities
• Collaboration with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions
• Report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand client business challenges and recommend effective Talent Acquisition and HR technology solutions.
• Experience working with recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR transformation, or digital workforce initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities in international and multicultural environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively within global project teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and supporting user adoption activities.
• Client-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrates curiosity, continuous learning mindset, and willingness to expand expertise across SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and related HR technologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, SmartRecruiters, or similar Talent Acquisition solutions.
• Experience participating in implementation, enhancement, support, or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of recruiting processes and Talent Acquisition operations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing (RMK), Employee Central, Onboarding, Position Management, or integrations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, RMK, or SmartRecruiters certification.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience.
• Knowledge of French or German.
• Experience working in global or multi-country programs.
• Experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior consultants.
