This Director opportunity sits within our Operate AMS team in Australia, offering the chance to lead complex service delivery and transformation programs that matter to clients navigating change at scale.
At the centre of this role is end-to-end leadership of strategic managed services and IT service management engagements. You will oversee service performance against SLAs and KPIs, lead governance forums, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure delivery remains commercially sound, scalable and closely aligned to client expectations.

Working across senior client stakeholder groups, industry leaders and multidisciplinary Deloitte teams, this role brings plenty of variety and influence. You will build trusted executive relationships that create deeper partnerships and new opportunities, while leading service managers, ITSM specialists and consultants in an inclusive, high-performing environment where people can do their best work.
Our Operate AMS team supports clients through managed services and transformation programs that strengthen performance, resilience and service outcomes. The team works across complex environments in sectors including Engineering, Infrastructure, Healthcare and Public Sector, bringing together delivery leadership, operational expertise, continuous improvement and SAP SuccessFactors capability to help clients modernise with confidence.
