As a Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for managing multiple SAP client contracts and ensuring successful project delivery. Meeting delivery criteria comes naturally to you, and you consistently look for ways to improve the client experience. You enjoy building close relationships with clients and proactively identifying new opportunities that help them grow through innovative initiatives and continuous improvements. As a transversal team leader, you ensure the capacity and availability of the teams.

Your strong people management, presales, leadership, and communication skills enable you to anticipate challenges before they arise. You ensure that all activities are well organized, aligned with agreed timelines, and delivered according to scope and expectations.

You have knowledge and experience of the following:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a background in SAP
  • Experience managing client relationships in a professional services context
  • Solid knowledge of service management frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Languages: Dutch and/or French, English
