These are your responsibilities:

  • Advising our clients on SAP CX projects with a focus on SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • Supporting our clients in the implementation or realignment of sales and service processes
  • Conducting requirements workshops, identifying use cases, and implementing client-specific requirements within SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • Developing and implementing concepts and process models in coordination with the customer
  • Liaison between business and IT in implementation projects
  •  Mentoring our young professionals and providing technical guidance to consultants
  • Continuously enhancing hard and soft skills

What you should bring with you:

  • Excellent functional and technical expertise in the SAP CX portfolio, particularly in SAP Sales and SAP Service Cloud
  • Customer-focused with a solution-driven mindset, capable of working independently
  • Ability to quickly assimilate complex requirements
  • High commitment to quality
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP CX projects and in-depth consulting expertise in Sales & Service Cloud
  • Interest in open and constructive collaboration
  • Excellent Command of English
