The opportunity

As the SAP Senior Business Support Analyst - People , you will join the SAP Solutions Team within CSIRO's Information Management and Technology (IM&T) group. Where you will provide specialist SAP expertise to support the systems and services that underpin critical business functions across the organisation.

Working closely with HR/People team, IM&T and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, helping to create streamlined, user-focused systems that support business outcomes and leading practices.

Leveraging data, insights and strong stakeholder collaboration, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, integrated and efficient SAP solutions that enable CSIRO's world-class science and research activities.

High-level duties include

  • Champion employee technology to drive maximum productivity for all end users.
  • Help establish a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity across all aspects of the people systems lifecycle.
  • Work with People and IM&T teams to ensure that solutions are delivered with the appropriate levels of quality, performance, availability, security, supportability, reusability, sociability and automation.
  • Utilise effective partnering strategies across the Enterprise Services functions of CSIRO.
  • Work with key staff in the People function to deliver systems to support the People Experience roadmap.

Role particulars

Location and office arrangements: Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane or Sydney

Salary: AU$118,102 – AU$127,808 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 15.4% superannuation

As the successful candidate, you will bring:

Essential criteria

  • Demonstrated sound knowledge of HR/People processes and procedures, and broader business practices.
  • Proven ability to understand and apply technology solutions supporting the People Lifecycle.
  • Extensive experience in configuration of SuccessFactors modules and SAP Organisational Management/Employee Lifecycle functionality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with initiative to communicate, collaborate and work effectively across organisational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a diverse and challenging program of work across the core SuccessFactors and on-premise SAP solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive impact within a team environment.
  • Have and maintain industry certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
