Key facts: SAP SD, SAP GTS, Global Process Management, SAP S/4HANA, Logistics & Sales Processes, in Hinwil/Home-Office.

Main tasks:

• Own and continuously improve global business processes across SAP Sales (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS), ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Design end-to-end process solutions, define system requirements, and drive process standardization across the global organization.
• Lead and support international SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects from concept through go-live.
• Coordinate process design, testing, user acceptance, training, and deployment activities in collaboration with Business, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Manage global incident, change, and release processes to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
• Evaluate local process and system requirements, balancing regional needs with global standards and governance.
• Develop training concepts and enable regional process owners through a structured train-the-trainer approach.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation, system specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Process Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in SAP logistics process management, application management, or SAP consulting within an international environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP GTS; knowledge of SAP TM, EWM, MM, or PP is an advantage.
• Experience delivering international SAP implementation, rollout, or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of global sales, logistics, and international trade processes.
• Experience managing change requests, release planning, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Analytical, process-oriented, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
