From mobile app to parcel routing - there is always sophisticated IT behind it all. As an internal service provider for the GLS Group, we develop, organize and are responsible for the entire IT for around 862 million parcels in over 49 countries worldwide. In the future we will add more countries to our GLS family.
You like to work hands-on with SAP SD and you design solutions with creativity and deep knowledge then join our SAP team. We are a small colorful team of analysts, specialists and developers. We will give you the chance to apply your skills by extending our international solution portfolio.As O2C Service Owner (m/f/d) you are responsible for a variety of SD billing processes. You lead the development of new solutions together with our businesses, specialists and developers. As well you manage the smooth and stable operation of our running processes.

What can you expect with us?

Participate in the planning and execution of O2C related projects
Serve as the subject matter expert for the SAP SD module, providing guidance and support to key users and the SAP functional specialists
Manage and maintain the SAP O2C environment
Work with the SAP functional experts to analyze and resolve technical issues, and to implement new functionalities and improvements
Create and maintain documentation for the O2C processes

What do you bring to the table?

Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module and related areas, including Sales, Pricing, Billing and Delivery
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required
Experience as an SAP O2C Service Owner (m/f/d) or in a similar role
Experience with SAP system troubleshooting
Project management skills and the ability to plan and execute projects in a timely manner
Fluent language skills in English and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
