As a SAP - SD - Senior Associate, you will be part of our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, extending PwC’s global delivery capabilities to provide cost-effective services that enhance process quality and support client engagements. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to assist clients in solving complex business issues, from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating complexity and fostering personal growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively manage several clients, establish effective working relationships, and contribute to the development of your technical acumen. You will be actively involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. This position offers the chance to continue developing internal relationships and your PwC brand, while keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues. Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above
• Leading and training staff to enhance team technical acumen and performance
• Establishing effective working relationships directly with clients to address complex business issues
• Contributing to business development activities by identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients
• Developing internal relationships and enhancing personal branding within PwC
• Utilizing SAP technology, including SAP HANA and SAP Fiori, to support business transformation and process optimization
• Implementing strategic technology planning and design automation to improve client service delivery
• Applying analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems and drive process improvement
• Engaging in continuous learning to keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Promoting inclusion and embracing change to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
• Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• Embracing change and fostering creativity in client engagements
• Building meaningful client connections through effective communication and active listening
• Developing technical acumen in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver
